The Institute's rigorous Centre Approval Process is critical to ensuring that all ITOL qualifications are delivered to the highest standards. We are committed to supporting prospective Centres from first contact to approval. We make the whole process transparent and customer-friendly, in order to help welcome new centres on board as swiftly as possible. We provide all new centres with personal support and guidance at every stage of the approval process.

How long will it take to become an ITOL Delivery Centre?
The timescale depends on the centre. It can take as little as a couple of weeks.
What exactly does the centre have to provide?
Centres are required to present evidence or information as to how they will meet the Criteria for an ITOL Delivery Centre. This covers aspects such as:
- Management Systems (Equal Oppertunities; roles and responsibilities; communication)
- Resources (facilities; staffing)
- Candidate Support and Course Provision (induction; guidance; course details)
- Assesment (processes; quality assurance)
- Records (candidate details, progress and achievements; quality processes)
- Review Procedures (evaluation, co-ordination and continuous improvement)
- Delivery Centres are linked to ITOL's Website - generating regular enquiries from individuals and organisations.
We also offer a reduced-cost, fast-track approval process for centres who are already accredited with another awarding body. The initial approval fees are reduced to reflect the streamlined approval process, bringing a saving of approximately £500.
